Mini Protein Doughnuts

Ingredients:

 

Makes: 6 mini donuts
Calories per serve : 57
Macros per serve: 3C/1F/9P

 

Method:

    1. Preheat your mini donut maker
    2. Mix one and a half scoops of the Whey Protein, the pumpkin and the flour together until it is well combined and has no lumps
    3. Spoon evenly into the donut maker and allow to cook until golden brown (about 2mins)
    4. Take your donuts out and allow to cool slightly
    5. Mix the remaining half a scoop of protein with a few drops of water until it is smooth but not too runny (this is your “donut glaze”)
    6. Spoon the “glaze” over the slightly cool donuts and then top with sprinkles
    7. ENJOY!
