Gymnastics Clinic @ CrossFit Explosion
This hands-on three-hour clinic covers basic, intermediate and advanced gymnastics movements including pullups, toe to bar, handstands, pistols, and muscle-ups. Rope climbs and any other gymnastic related movements will be reviewed if time allows and depending on interest.
I chose to make this Clinic exclusive to 12 participants, which allows me to give personal attention to each athlete and tailor proper progressions regardless of age, experience, or skill level.
Clinic participants will learn to apply gymnastics principles in training themselves and others to increase strength development, core control and spatial awareness – all of which improve CrossFit performance.
Future strength programming and progressions for each gymnastic element will also be discussed.
No prior experience with gymnastics or bodyweight training is required. However, the more exposure you’ve had to gymnastic movements found in CrossFit, the more you’ll get out of the seminar.
The clinic will finish with a fun Q+A session where attendees will be able to ask me anything they want – mindset, nutrition, training, Games, etc.
