3 Ingredient Broccoli Patties


  •  2 broccoli heads
  •  50g plain flour
  • 2 whole eggs

  • Chop up the broccoli finely and grate the stalks
  • Boil in a large pot or pan for 5-10mins or until soft
  • Drain thoroughly and transfer to a large bowl
  • Into the bowl add the 50g plain flour and eggs. Season well with salt and pepper
  • Heat a non-stick pan and add a dash of extra-virgin olive oil (this isn’t necessary but does make the patties go nice and crispy)
  • Using your hands shape the patties into balls and place in the pan, use the back of a spatula to flatten
  • Cook for 1-2mins then flip and cook for a further 1-2mins
  • Allow to cool slightly before eating, enjoy!
