The common obstacle with all my clients is meal prep.
How do I do it? What recipes should I use? How do I track it?
I am here to solve that problem in the most simplest, dummy-proof manner. I will teach you everything you need to know about meal prep and how to get it done in 50 minutes! (And still make your food taste good!)
I will show you all my secrets including what to buy from Costco, Trader Joes, Fred Meyer, what equipment to use to make save time, and how to make it simple AF. I aint got time for fancy Pinterest recipes and from what I’ve seen, gettin’ fancy is not sustainable. But being super simple and efficient is! I will show you how and then some.
Prior to clinic, please download the My Fitness Pal App as we will be doing some hands-on application on how to weigh and measure food and track your calories/macros.
In addition, I highly suggest you buy a food scale- any digital version will work. Bring the scale, your phone, pen and paper and all your questions to Clinic. I can’t wait, looking forward to meeting you all!
